1、Principle for Employee – Loyalty, Responsibility, Value

Staff should place equal importance to loyalty, responsibility and value, which can be interpreted as the principle of a person. We constantly emphasize the significance of responsibility. Both individuals and the company should reflect on the responsibility they take because they serve the same end. Bear in mind that no responsibility, no value.

2、Principle for Work – Undertaking, Exploration, Exceeding

Staff is of paramount importance to the company. By far, NCE is continuously improving its management and personnel mechanism, pointing them to the right direction and creating a promising development environment so that talents could stay, and play their roles. Everybody expects a long-term development, but success depends on capability. For the company, offering a stage for them should be cautious because staff's ability should be judged through time and test. The stage we provide should match their capability. In other word, it is the employees themselves that decides how big role they can play. Therefore, the employees should make efforts to conquer inevitable problems they encounter in work. The real talent knows how to create his/her own stage rather than just complain. A successful career is everyone’s pursuit. To put it simple, people should learn how to excel in their own job. From a broad perspective, an ambitious goal and long-term development of both individuals and the company is what we seek for. Only when we have foresights and insights, take the overall situation into account and balance individual interest and that of the whole company can we stands out in a cut-throat competition.

3、Principle for Evaluation – All are talents that needs racing rather than promoting

We undertake a fair, just and open competition. From the very beginning, NCE knew that everybody has his own advantage. We cultivate talents through studying the policy and mechanism of unleashing employees’ potential.

4、Principle for Management – Restriction of Power, Promotion through Competition

“Put someone in an important position only when you fully trust his/her capability” is against the market economy, where the essence of interpersonal relations is interests-driven. Our judgments of the staff depend on their performance, rather than subjective impression. Competition is the way to inspire them to fulfill their potential Therefore, we restrict people in office while promote them through fair competition.

5、Principle of competition – Elimination by quota

In a period of time and scope, a certain percent of the staff are to be eliminated. It sounds cruel to some extent, but beneficial for company’s long-term development. In NCE, there is no such thing as “People should be rewarded by their sweat, if not performance” as in traditional Chinese philosophy. No progress means retrogression.
